You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass the local cryptographic licensing checks. The software is delivered as a recurring $29/month subscription workspace tool. You retain full ownership of all data and content generated using the software structure.

Refund policy

Due to the instantaneous digital fulfillment nature of downloadable software binaries, all digital product sales and monthly subscription payments for Nova AI are final and non-refundable. However, you are entirely free to cancel your monthly subscription at any moment directly through your customer billing dashboard to stop any future automated billing cycles.
